ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember I've had a steady passion for hair and makeup. In my youth I was always playing around with different brands of makeup, and exploring with different formulas and techniques, while also experimenting with different hairstyles and colors. During high school I discovered a real appreciation for all forms of art, and delved into photography, painting, and creating pieces for theatre productions. A week out of high school, I was already enrolled in Cosmetology School where I stood out for my creativity, and received many awards for makeup. The day after graduating from Cosmetology School, I walked up and down Newbury Street in Boston, until I landed a job assisting with fashion shows. As my career continues to progress, and I continue to grow with more opportunities, I have been committed to continuous growth and development in the beauty industry.  I continue to further my education with courses such as Vidal Sassoon, Freaks & Geeks, Nina MUA, and many other classes to advance my career. I have now opened Harley Artistry, my own unique studio space in Needham, an easygoing environment for clients to relax and enjoy getting their hair and makeup done.
